Professor Dr. Hüseyin Karaman, Chairman of the Board of Trustees, paid a working visit to the university. As part of his visit, the Chairman toured the Central Library and familiarized himself with its activities. He also attended a celebration dedicated to Teachers’ Day, observed on 5 October.

During his visit to the library, Professor Dr. Hüseyin Karaman met with students studying and conducting research in the reading rooms. In an informal setting, he spoke with them about their educational experience, academic pursuits and future professional plans. He also listened to their needs, views and suggestions concerning the learning process.

Professor Dr. Hüseyin Karaman subsequently reviewed the library’s facilities and technical infrastructure, its digital and printed resources, as well as the opportunities provided for students to conduct research. He emphasized the importance of modern library services in ensuring access to quality education and scholarly information. The Chairman also drew attention to the need for the continuous improvement of the library’s infrastructure in accordance with students’ needs.

Having familiarized himself with the activities of the Central Library, Professor Dr. Hüseyin Karaman commended its work and wished the library staff continued success.

The Chairman of the Board of Trustees also attended a celebration dedicated to Teachers’ Day on 5 October, organized by the university’s Faculty of Theology.

In his address at the event, Professor Dr. Hüseyin Karaman highlighted the exceptional role of teachers in shaping the cultural, scientific and moral foundations of society.

Professor Dr. Hüseyin Karaman noted that the contribution of education professionals is of great importance in strengthening the fraternal relations between Kazakhstan and Türkiye. He expressed his gratitude to all teachers who provide the younger generation with quality education and sound moral guidance.

At the conclusion of the events, Professor Dr. Hüseyin Karaman took commemorative photographs with students, university staff and other participants.
