Seminar on “Qualification Requirements for Educational Activities: An Algorithm for Preparing Department Documentation and Ensuring Compliance” held
On September 11, 2026, the Faculty of Education and Humanities Research held a seminar on “Qualification Requirements for Educational Activities: An Algorithm for Preparing Department Documentation and Ensuring Compliance.” The seminar was organized by Raigul Khazretaliqyzy, Chair of the Faculty Academic and Methodological Council.
The main objective of the seminar was to explain the qualification requirements applicable to educational activities and to provide methodological guidance on the proper preparation, systematization, and compliance of department documentation with established requirements.
During the event, the key qualification requirements for educational activities were discussed in detail, along with issues related to the development, systematization, and proper formatting of department documentation in accordance with established requirements. Particular attention was paid to the content and quality of documents, their compliance with the relevant requirements, and the completeness of the necessary information provided. The seminar also included an analysis of the level of documentation prepared by the departments and a discussion of ways to address identified issues and improve the quality of documentation. In addition, areas for further work were identified, including the high-quality preparation of documents and the effective organization of cooperation and coordination. The seminar was attended by heads of the Faculty’s departments and academic staff. Participants exchanged views on current issues, shared their experience, and put forward suggestions concerning the preparation of documentation and ensuring its compliance with established requirements.
At the end of the event, the practical issues of particular importance to the participants were clarified, and specific recommendations were provided to support the systematic organization of the departments’ further work.
The seminar served as an important step toward improving the quality of education, enhancing departmental documentation practices, and ensuring compliance with established qualification requirements.
